RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
Most new, unused, unopened merchandise can be refunded or exchanged with receipt within 14 days of reception for online customers or original purchase date for in store customers except where noted below. All returns are subject to an approval. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request. Returns with valid receipts will be exchanged, refunded in cash, credited to account, or refund via in-store credit based on the original payment method, except as set forth below:
- Purchases made with a check cannot be refunded until the check has been fully cleared and processed. Returns for check payments will be refunded as a check to original check purchaser.
- Purchases made with in-store credit or ECP Outdoors gift card will be refunded as in-store credit.
- Purchases made with a debit card will be refunded back to the debit method.
- Purchases made with a discount code or in-store discount will only be refunded the actual paid for price, not the pre-discount amount.
Ammunition Purchases
All ammunition purchases are final.
Firearm purchases
For online sales: once a firearm has been transferred out of your dealer’s possession and into the customer’s possession, the firearm can no longer be returned, even if it falls within the 14 day return policy. Please ensure that the firearm is correct before transferring out of your dealers/FFL/transfers possession.
For in store: Firearms cannot be returned once the firearm has been transferred.
Used item Purchases
All items advertised as used are sold as is. Used items cannot be returned or refunded.
Shipping Costs
Based on the situation of the return for shipped merchandise, shipping and handling costs may not be refunded. The customer may also be responsible for return shipping costs. This will be clarified during the RMA request.

Gift Card / Gift Certificate Terms
ECP Outdoors does offer store gift cards for sale. Gift cards can also be gifted to buyers when purchasing items where it is listed a gift card will be includes. Gift Cards can only be used at ECP Outdoors locations and ECPOutdoors.com. Gift Cards can only be used on ECP Outdoors inventory. Gift cards can not be redeemed for cash.
USED FIREARMS
The seller provides all descriptions for used items. All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. Items being sold in this manner will be marked as such. All sales on used items are final. Photos will be provided when available.
GENERAL FIREARM SALES
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. You must be 21 or older to purchase a firearm per ATF rules, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm. If not a local purchase, all firearms will ship to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. If a local purchase, a 4473 background check will need to be done before the firearm can be transferred.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer’s box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.
The Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. We store some information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information. The entire Checkout process is handled through a secure SSL-encrypted connection.
The Credit Card Billing Information is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your credit card transaction. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by us, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. Each transaction has a very high level of security. Your credit card details are sent directly to the payment provider over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not stored on our server.

All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) featuring 128-bit encryption. ORDER FULFILLMENT
All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory typically within 3 business days of order and will be fulfilled by using UPS, FedEx, or USPS for shipping services. However during high volume times, orders may take longer than 3 business days to ship. If this is the case, you will be notified of any and all shipping delays. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.
All non-firearms orders must be shipped to the confirmed billing address of the payment method used for checkout. If the billing address can not be confirmed by the AVS system, we may request additional information be provided in order to properly verify the payment method. If the additional information can not be provided, your order may be canceled and any payments made will be reversed.
ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS
Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item’s description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures, stock quantity, or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description, quantity, or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer’s credit card or we will refund the money.
If an item’s description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer.
AMMUNITION PURCHASES
You must be 21 or older to purchase ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground services. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. *All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas.*–
