Additional Notes: The CZ Model 52 is a semi-automatic pistol that originated in Czechoslovakia. Introduced in the early 1950s, this unique handgun was designed for military use and served as the standard-issue sidearm for the Czechoslovak armed forces. Chambered in 7.62x25mm Tokarev, the Model 52 featured a distinctive roller-locked, delayed-blowback mechanism and a single-action trigger. It had an eight-round detachable magazine and a fixed barrel. The design was influenced by the Soviet TT-33 pistol but incorporated several innovative features. While the CZ Model 52 has largely been retired from military service, it remains a sought-after collector’s item and is appreciated for its historical significance and robust engineering.
