Overall Condition: Overall pistol is in good condition with some noticeable sign of use, wear, and age. Some finish loss can be found along edges of slide and frame. Top of slide near rear sight also show some loss / discoloration. Bore health is overall very good and well taken care of. I would place the grading conservatively around 90%.
